Peace of mind shouldn't be an optional extra. That's why we've partnered with Emergcare, an Australian first aid training provider whose courses are led by experienced paramedics and paediatric nurses.

Every Au Pair placed through Sol completes their Paediatric First Aid course before caring for your children, covering infant & child CPR, choking, allergies & anaphylaxis, burns, and emergency response. It's included in every placement, at no extra cost to you or your Au Pair.

Most agencies treat first aid as a preference you can request. At Sol, it's simply part of the placement. Every Au Pair, every family, every time.

How it works

Families share what they need; au pairs tell us what they’re looking for.We start with a friendly chat or quick form so we can understand your goals, routine, and preferences.

We handpick your matches

Families receive a shortlist of pre-screened au pairs; au pairs are matched with genuine, well-suited host families. We only introduce matches we truly believe will fit.
